-We met again in a hybrid setting at the Milton R. Abrahams branch of the Omaha Public Library at 10:00 AM. There were eleven members attending in person, and four additional members attending via Zoom. We had the usual introductory discussions, and Carl Wirth presented a number of books and pastiches, as well as a number of recently issues of some monthly newsletter-style publications. A number of these were selected by members for loan. Mention was made of another new female Sherlockian author, Bonnie McBird; we may give more consideration to some her works in the future.+We met again in a hybrid setting at the Milton R. -We briefly mentioned the last story in **The Sign of Seven** but a few members indicated they thought it wasn't too bad; at least it was worth reading, and was rated highly (among the other six in the book) by some members. The majority of the meeting was spent discussing the Laurie King novel **The Beekeeper's Apprentice: or, On the Segregation of the Queen** . Many members noted that it was definitely written in a different style than that expected of Watson. Many other details and situations in the novel were discussed.+We briefly mentioned the last story in **The Sign of Seven**but a few members indicated they thought it wasn't too bad; at least it was worth reading, and was rated highly (among the other six in the book) by some members. -Near the close of the meeting we discussed how to proceed at the next meetings. It was decided that, at the beginning of the next meeting (which will be on July 9th at 10:00 AM at the Sorenson branch of the Omaha Public Library), Terry will lead a discussion of how to approach the group's next iteration of the Canon.  +===July 9, 2022===
 +The group met at 10:00 AM in the large meeting room at the Swanson branch of the Omaha Public Library; 13 members were present, but none participated using the Zoom connection. The first part of the meeting included a discussion of various members' Sherockiana, some available to the other members.
 +
 +Next, Terry Kroeten presented a summary of various foci that we could consider using to direct our next traversal of the Canon. It was decided that for the next meeting, and probably for additional meetings in the future, we would proceed through the novels and stories in the Canon in the order of publication. And for each item, one or more members would lead the discussion using a particular focus, perhaps one selected from those Terry suggested, or perhaps another. At the next meeting (August 2022) the group will discuss **A Study in Scarlet**, focusing on the locations in the novel. The discussion will be led by TBA.
 +
 +The group then completed the discussion of the first Laurie King novel (**The Beekeeper's Apprentice: or, On the Segregation of the Queen**) and discussed the second Laurie King novel (**A Monstrous Regiment of Women**).

 +===October 8, 2022===
 +The group met at 10:00 AM in the large meeting room at the Swanson branch of the Omaha Public Library; 10 members were present. There was no Zoom connection provided for the meeting.
 +
 +The first part of the meeting included a discussion of various members' Sherockiana, which included some old and new pastiches, Some of these were made available to the other members.
 +
 +Members were reminded of the coming annual dinner on October 26th at the Brazen Head Pub starting at 6:00 PM. Also mentioned was the coming presentation of "Sherlock Holmes: The Exhibition" in St. Paul, MN. An additional presentation of interest to Sherlockians will likely be at the same site in April 2023. There was a brief discussion of when members might want to visit the presentation.
 +
 +The group then discussed **A Scandal in Bohemia**. The life of Irene Adler both before and after the period covered in SCAN was a significant topic of discussion.
